How long will your shop be open?

My store will be live from May 14, 6pm to June 15, 9pm. All times are PDT as I’m based in California.

 

Do you accept international orders?

Short answer—yes! But I don’t ship everywhere.

I do not ship to the following countries:

Russia, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Northern Ireland, and members of the European Union.

Shipping to countries in the EU and Northern Ireland is also temporarily suspended until further notice.

Orders to Canada will still be accepted but will be held until the strike is over.

Countries in LatAm, Africa, and the Middle East may experience longer ship times! Like as long as 2-3 months. I’ve also had reports of shipments unfortunately getting lost in the mail, so please order at your own discretion. The responsibility for lost packages is on the package shipping company, not myself :(

Will you mark down the value of my package?

No, sorry. :( I really don’t want to get in trouble. You are responsible for any fees that come with your order entering your country.

What happens if my package is lost/returned?

I am not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the post office. Please reach out to Global Post/your local postal service (International)/ USPS (Domestic) about your package.

If your package comes back to me due to my error, then I will resend your order for free. However, if your order is returned due to you putting the incorrect address, then I’m afraid you’ll have to pay for the postage again.

 

When do you ship out orders?

Orders containing only IN-HAND items will ship out after my store closes. Preorders will ship depending on the time frame mentioned in the product description, but typically after 1-1.5 months. Product updates will be provided on my social media if anything changes.

Will you mark down the value of my package?

No, sorry. :( I really don’t want to get in trouble. You are responsible for any fees that come with your order entering your country.

 

Are there limits to preorders? Will there be product available after preorders?

No, there are no limits! Preorders help me to know exactly how much of a product that I need to ship out. I don’t have many extras (if any) afterwards because I live in a small space and can’t keep much inventory on me beyond the few pieces I’ll have with me at a con. I do try to keep a small amount for people who might miss out but it’s not guaranteed.

 

Can you combine multiple orders?

Yes! Just email me with your order numbers and I’ll refund your shipping accordingly. I can also do group orders as well.
