If you are ordering from this store front from outside of the United States, please check with your local postal service if your country is accepting packages from the US.
IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM THE EUROPE, UK, or ANYWHERE OUTSIDE THE US: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY POTENTIAL VAT/IMPORT FEES YOUR PACKAGE MAY INCURE UPON ACCEPTANCE INTO YOUR COUNTRY.
I'm sorry, I will not lie on any customs forms so please don't ask! I'd like to avoid any legal trouble if possible, thank you for understanding.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR TRACKING. I've had people who've not recieved their orders due to missing correspondence with their mail carrier/government/not paying taxes/VAT/import fees/not tracking where their packages are relative to their location. Please keep track of your packages. Once the orders are out of my hands and with the mail carriers, there isn't anything I can do. I do not have any additional power over the mailing process as the sender of your package beyond printing the label and sending you the tracking number for your order.
Orders to Central and South America, Africa, the Middle East, and the Carribian (except US territories) may take 2-3 months to arrive to you! I am not responsible for any lost packages once they are given to the mail courier--please reach out to the shipping courier related to your tracking number for assistance. If you believe your package may have gotten lost in the mail then I'm afraid you'll have to place a new order, sorry.
If placing an order domestically (within the continental US), orders will typically take 1 week to arrive to you once sent out. If you're on the west coast or in California, your order should get to you in 2-3 days.
If you're a domestic US order and the package is sent back to me but the address was correct or *I* made a mistake with the shipping address, I will happily pay to reship your item. If you provide me with an incorrect address regardless of international or domestic, and I recieve that item back, from the post, I will ask that you pay for additional shipping to resend your order. I am not responsible for packages lost by the post office/shipping service.
